Simultaneous Estimation of Protein and Nucleic Acid Using Derivative Spectrophotometric Method

Purpose: Simple and precise first derivative zero crossing spectrophotometric method has been developed for the simultaneous estimation of protein nucleic acid without prior separation. Approach: The concentration ranges were taken in range 60-140 mg mL-1 20-100 respectively 0.1 M NaOH. Absorption spectra samples recorded between 200 nm to 400 against a reagent blank. Zero-order stored individually within above derivatized order using scaling factor 5 both substances. First amplitudes at 261 289 RNA pure substances binary mixture. Finding: Limit detection was found be 2.90 0.36 limit quantitation 8.80 1.02 respectively. Precision 1.38 % 1.25 RNA. Reproducibility 1.54 1.69 Conclusions: Thus, proposed can adapted determination better alternate technique immunoassays electrophoretic methods.
